Michelle went to the Church and asked that the Elders pray for her and anoint her with oil....she felt a heat in her lower abdomen and back.

We just got home today. This is what the Dr. said, after looking at the C/T Scan, that was a very good looking C/T Scan, I didn't see any sign of cancer!

Did the warm feeling just happen recently? I have heard others mention that warm healing feeling from the hands of God also. I feel it as a tingling sensation when it happens to me. Either way no matter how one feels it it sure is great! Super great! Ultra great! How wonderful! I am so excited for yall. That is some nice encouraging and good news. Thank you God for the good news about Michelle!

I've been reading a LOT about the Budwig protocol lately.
Here is a good video on how the mixture is made:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RSoddptWL0s
Used in conjunction with several other dietary & supplementary helps, it can be used to treat a variety of conditions.
In VERY simplistic terms, it supplies the body with a 3:1 ratio of omega 3's to omega 6's which help the body to build better cell membranes (rather than ones built off of trans fats -- man made oils and soy products). This contributes to the oxygenation of the cells, helping them to become aerobic rather than anaerobic. The theory is that the body begins to deteriorate when the cells become anaerobic (fermenting glucose for energy because they cannot utilize oxygen properly because of the thickened cell membranes). Over time, this breakdown can lead to a myriad of symptoms (yeast overgrowth, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, etc.) . . .
Depending on the condition, there are different protocols that are used in conjunction with the Budwig mixture.
I'm not completely certain, but I believe that the science behind this mixture follows much of the same logic as Augusto and Michaela Odone, the parents of Lorenzo, diagnosed with ALD (adrenoleukodystrophy). The movie Lorenzo's Oil is about their journey.
You can read more about Johanna Budwig here:
http://www.budwigflax.com/Articles/Dr%20Budwig.htm
Sadly, she is no longer alive. She only lived to be 95!

Surgery went very well, Michelle had a “complete cyto -reduction”! That is GOOD news
because all the diseased tissue (involving about half a dozen orgins, that I can't spell) was removed .He also said that was the best news he could
give anybody after this procedure.
The chemo had worked because the tumors were flat and deflated. He said he would be able to give a more complete prognosis after the labs are in.
She was given the heated chemo after the surgery to kill any hidden cancer cells, she did so well
she will not need go to ICU.
I have said it before and I will say it again... God has been good to me!

That is great news Larry! I agree God is sooooooooooooooooooooo good.
I think about you all sometimes when my kids and I are outside grazing on red ( purple) clovers because they are said to help cleanse the blood of cancer cells and other bad stuff. So I often times will think about your wife and pray for her.

I have some wonderful news!
We got the pathology report today and........ drum roll........ the cancer is gone! The Dr. now says that the chances that the cancer will NOT come back is 65%, we have gone from 0% that she would live at all to 65% that she not ever get cancer again! There were several places where tumors had been and one tumor on the fallopian tube that consisted of dead cancer cells!
First and formost, I want to say that God has been good to me! I do not know if the heat Michelle felt during prayer was God killing the cancer, but I strongly suspect that it was, what else could it have been? I had gotten the numbers of the top cancer centers in America and they all said there was nothing that could be done and they could only prolong the inevitable, "chemo does not cure this kind of cancer and surgery is not an option" then we found Dr. Levine.
It could be that God inclined his ear to all the prayers...or maybe it was just one prayer. That's the thing about God and man, he doesn't have to explain his actions to us. It pleased God to heal Michelle and I gladly accept his will. I have seen days where his will was not my will and I have had to take it on faith that God knows best. I know that you have probably heard someone say this after a loss but it holds true today also "He is still God and he is still on His thrown, He is God on the mountin and God in the valley"
It is 12:30 and I'm too excited to sleep so I will take this time to explain why you see me saying "God has been good to me" so often. Back in 1994 I was at a HUD meeting and there was an old black man from Mississippi at the conference. On the last day of the conference, he had on a very expensive suit and I complemented him on it. He looked me in the eye and said "The Loood's been good to me" that hit me like a tun of bricks, over the previous year I had become keenly aware of the fact that I was a sinner and I had come to the place where I knew that I would someday die and face God who knew all that I had ever done and justice would be served. At the moment he told me that the Lord had been good to him, it clicked in my mind...maybe God would be good to me? Over the next two weeks the full implication of the cross became real to me...God became flesh and took my punishment on the cross and 3 days later arose from the grave and offers forgiveness to anyone who will believe it. I did and still do and He did and still does.
Thank you God, for being good to me.
PS: Michelle did do the Budwig Protocol and if that was what did it than God lead us in that direction and it is God who gets the glory!

WOW That is totally awesome! I don't even know you and your family Larry but my soul feels like rejoicing along with you all. How exciting that all the cancer cells are dead. I mean that is amazing and of course a gift from God. I strongly believe the heat she felt was God healing her because I have heard from others how they also will feel heat when being healed by God. I feel His healing as a tingling sensation. No matter how one feels it it is amazing.
Since we all cant get together for a celebration party to give thanks to God for this healing I will leave some party smilies below for our online celebration.
Your story of the man in the nice suit IMO goes to show how God can and will work with anything even just a short sentace.

Larry and Michelle,
That is WONDERFUL news!!!!! Praise the Lord for his mercy and goodness to you and your family! Our family is rejoicing with you!
I encourage you, Michelle, to continue eating well, and it even wouldn't hurt to keep up the Budwig Protocol so you continue to build your health! I emailed my mom the great news as well, and she was so glad to hear!

Hi Heather,
We are so thankful for this gift God has given us and our lives will never be the same. War veterans have a saying "I have seen the elephant" and Michelle and I have seen the elephant as well. On the way home, we passed our family grave yard and as we passed I couldn't help thinking that Michelle could be right there next to my dad.
I know the Lord led us in finding out about whole foods and the Budwig Protocol. I think it was some time in January when Michelle began the Budwig Protocol, as best she could under the circumstances and now it's going to be a part of life.
God bless, Larry

Praising the Lord for your dear wife's healing.
I have a question. Would you be so kind as to post the protocol that Michelle followed/follows and the exceptions that you implemented?
I've found more than one version of the Budwig mixture and recommended dietary alterations and would be interested in seeing which one you used and those items which you had to alter or could not implement.
Thanks! and rejoicing with your dear family!

Thats a good question,
Some of the versions of the Budwig Protocol are intense and we could not have followed them. What we did was eliminate all hydrogenated, partially hydrogenated, polyunsaturated fats and most all processed sugars (sometimes a treat) and all refined flower. We eat organic, when practice, and strive to eat green leafy vegetables and fruits and home raised beef. Try this, get an organic banana and a non organic banana and taste the difference.
The main ingredient is the cold pressed Flax Seed Oil and Low Fat Cottage Cheese. As I understand it, and very simplified, the idea is to get the oil to combine with sulfur in the cottage cheese, this makes the combo watter soluble, and allows the good fats to get to and incorporate into the cell walls. With that in mind I have tweaked the ratio and have ended up mixing one level T Spoon oil with Two heaping T spoons of cottage cheese, this is tailoring the volume and palatability for Michelle. I make sure that there is no visible oil after blending and that the remnants do not separate if it left if left several hours, also if the glass has too much oil during washing, I up the cottage cheese. I blend that first and then add about half a banana and approximately half a cup of Keffer that I get at Kroger, then I add ice and blend again to make a smoothy. Michelle drinks one of tease concoctions a day, unless nausea prevented her from it.

WOW! The protocols I saw were suggesting something like 3 TBSP of the FSO to 6 TBSP of the cottage cheese per day eaten w/in 20 minutes . . .
What amount did she take of the FSO & cottage cheese?
The ratio looks the same as the others I've seen. . . Although the form looked more like a pudding with berries added, Agave nectar & the fruit results in a type of cheesecake type desert (along with some extra ground flax seed). The smoothy would be a nice variation.
It was nice to see the home-raised & organic meats in what you did . . .
The organic veggies and elimination of trans-fats, it looks the same as the ones I found also, although they claimed that meats were out. I tend to think that is because of the non-organic meats effect (and that they didn't try organic, grass-fed).

She got 1 T Spoon FSO and probably the equivalent of 3 cottage cheese pr. day.
I have to admit that I just goggled teaspoon and table spoon. What I was calling "T spoon" is what we have in the spoon drawer and it is slightly bigger than a bonafied table spoon yet smaller than a serving spoon. I had started out using Michelles measuring spoons and ended up just trying to keep the ratio and blend and finding what Michelle could handle at the time. Now that we are over the hump we likely will increase the amount we are taking.

I am so happy, happy for you, Larry and Michelle! Indeed, you put it exactly as it is--God is so good to you. I too remember the times when I would lay in bed, wondering if my mom was going to die because of her cancer. As a young person, it made a huge impression on me about how God is in the center of everything, even my small world. Your kids still have your mom, and I have mine. The Lord has blessed us so, and it makes me very thankful.
Thank you for sharing your journey with us. It means a lot.

Today Michelle will be driving herself to get her hair done! We can't remember the last time Michelle drove and this should tell you something about how good she is doing! It was cute this a.m., before I went to work I was asking her "do you have your money? do you have your drivers license? etc" I dread the day Mattie and Maggie start driving.
We have met some very special people in the last several months and just recently, we have met sharon lynch and her family. Sharon was in a waiting room at MD Anderson the other day and she met a woman who was part of a Clinical Trail that banks Stem Cells from your own bone marrow and then IF the cancer ever comes back, they can be vary vary aggressive with chemo and then build you back up with your own stem cells. We are still in the information gathering stage and are in contact with MD Anderson....Please pray about this.
It is my understanding that this has no part or lot with the stem cell research involving aborted children. If we find that it does than we will pull the plug on the whole thing.
Yesterday Michelle over did it and had to go to bed, normally that would have done it for the night but within a half an hour, she bounced out of bed and went on being Michelle, I can see it in her eyes and hear it in her voice, Michelle is back!

Your post made me think of one of my favorite Psalms... rejoicing with you all!
Psalm 103
Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
Who satisfieth thy mouth with good [things; so that] thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.
The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.
He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
The LORD [is] merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
He will not always chide: neither will he keep [his anger] for ever.
He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
For as the heaven is high above the earth, [so] great is his mercy toward them that fear him.
As far as the east is from the west, [so] far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
Like as a father pitieth [his] children, [so] the LORD pitieth them that fear him.
For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we [are] dust.
[As for] man, his days [are] as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.
But the mercy of the LORD [is] from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;
To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.
The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.
Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
Bless ye the LORD, all [ye] his hosts; [ye] ministers of his, that do his pleasure.
Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.

This is Larry posting under Michelle's account.
Exactly one year ago today, I started this thread. It was a very dark time for us but I want to report the things the Lord has done.
Today Michelle is visiting my sister, they are making goat milk soap. Michelle is vibrant, healthy and happy. She is feeling better that before we knew there was a problem. She keeps very busy, homeschooling, baking, cooking, taking care of her milk goat... she is beautiful!
She drinks the Budwig drink every day and she is feeling great!
She had a blood test last week and there is no sign of cancer! We have to see her oncologist tomorrow, but I already called and got the results, the Dr. visit is just a formality.
We are going back to Wake Forest for a C/T Scan in January.. just a precaution.
What do you say when God gives you such a gift? Last year we were facing thoughts like how can a widowed dad homeschool two girls and today we are blessed beyond words.
We want to thank each of you for all of your encouraging words, and especially for your prayers. The Lord has been so good to us.

I hope you are still checking this post. I just read some more of your post and realized that you found something that worked for your wife. Priase God. I will still list some things I have read about cancer that may help, and maybe someone can benifit from it.
I have a few things you can look into and look on there websites. If I got cancer I would start to do these things first, and not chemo or surgery.
I have read testimonies of people with cancer being healing, by going on a Vegetarian diet. Hallelujah Acres has a whole diet plan, and supplements. There is a lady on there with videos, and I think books about how she got rid of her cancer (I believe the library has her videos) (one I believe is "Cancer doesn't scare me anymore"). I think her name is Linda? She also addresses the need to drink lots of water. So I would go look on there website, they also do newsletters. It's been awhile since I've looked on there site.
www.hacres.com
1800-915-9355
Now I'm not a vegetarian, but I did do a diet with no meat for 5 months one time. There barely and carrot juice powder I have tried and liked. I know that after the flood God said that it is good to eat meat. But eating like this can really clean you out, and detox you. I think it would be good for your wife to try it and see if it helps her. Later when she gets better she may add some meat, or maybe just do the diet and still eat fish. I have also read that the best way to eat is mainly raw fresh veggies and fruits, whole grains, and let those be your main course and eat meat 3 to5 times a week (something like that) I read a ebook awhile back on it and they said they were in the best health they had every been in. Of course if you can afford it eat organic, and if you use milk do raw or goats milk.
Exercise is important so find something she can do. I know a rebounder (mini trampoline) is great, but not sure your wife would be up for that, but it's good for every cell in your body. If she could do 5 to 20 mins. Also she may be able to do some T-Tapp arm exercises in bed go to
www.T-Tapp.com
they have some exercise on there to try and they have one on arms I believe. They talk a lot about weight loss
but also how these exercises help with health problems. Also in her book she talks about some of her exercise help with chemo therapy.
You could also go to
naturalcures.com
and they have articles to read, may not be on cancer. But they also have a ask a Dr. questions and they sound really good, and also deal with alternative therapies. For cancer in
Kevin Trudeau book "Naturall Cures "They " Don't Want You To Know About" he gives a website in the back for cancer
www.centurywellness.com
Also there is a
book called "A world without Cancer" We got it from Kent Hovand at
www.drdino.com
(850) 470-3466
He did Creation Science Evangelism. I believe his son took over for him. Another website is
dino@drdino.com
, but I think the first one is the right one. In the book I know they talk about
apricot seeds
and Vitamin B17
which you cannot buy in pill form I believe. There are website that sell them or you can just eat the fruit and then the seeds.
B17
is also found in apple seeds, and cherry seeds, and maybe plum. Now of course you don't want to eat a cup of apple seeds that would not be good. I also think it's important to eat the fruit with the seed if I remember. The places that sell the seeds will probably tell you how many to eat a day.
I also like
Mercola.com
and sure they have great articles.
Also in one of the Pearls No Greater Joy article they talk about cancer and a book they suggest to read
. So you could go on there website and look that up
www.nogreaterjoy.org
Also
Oil pulling
might be good. It can help rid your self of fats, and bad bacteria (if I remember right). all you do is take one Tablespoon of sunflower oil or seame seed oil and swish it in your mouth for 15 to 20 mintues. They when you spit it should be white, make sure to rinse out your mouth good. I of course have prayed and will continue for your wife and family. You are right in your thinking and Gods will. Hope some of what I mentioned will help someone. If I think of anything else I will let you know.
Merry Christmas and God Bless, NV
