1.  Found important paperwork I have been looking for
2.  3 healthy, beautiful children
3.  A husband with laugh lines
4.  A warm stove, and plenty of firewood stacked next to it
5.  A dryer, going round and round with a load of clean clothes
6.  A dishrack full of clean dishes (and a kitchen almost clean!)
7.  A creative daughter, sitting behind me, talking to herself about how best to do her crafting 
8.  Feeling the new little one move strong enough to catch my attention even while I was doing chores today
9.  A roast cooking in the oven (yes, dinner is late, because one of the kids snagged the main ingredient for my other planned dinner...  )
10.  Husband is just pulling into the driveway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  (YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

1. Dh led us to success in getting the house ready for our company arriving tomorrow.
2. We had fresh, homemade HOT salsa to put on the eggs for supper.
3. Watching dc2 and dc3 acquire reading skills in leaps and bounds is a sport unto itself.
4. Dh propped a framed wedding pic of us right above the computer on a shelf. (Don't say it!  )
5. A dear friend (to whom I'm related and never knew it!) recommended a lady's blog, and it's fantastic.
6. A photo recently placed above the computer will trigger my rear off the computer, no matter how good the blog is.
7. Heard that Batman has some new duds. Was there a mask in there?
8. Our kids have plump, rosy cheeks.
9. We are praying for a big, lean, mean bunch of angels to fight for our friends, and we know God is sending them.
10. God is tearing down walls between my husband, the kids and me.

2. DD got an invitation to ride horses at a friends ( she loves horses and we dont' have one).
3. Today is DD's supper day -  so I don't have to cook
4.DH had lots of work today
5. Good fellowship with DD's Bible study group
6. Afternoon nap
7. DS passed his amateur radio test
8. Another quart of homemade maple syrup
9. dead snowman in the yard..all that remains is his hat, scarf and what's left of his carrot.
10. Free evening, nothing to do and no where to go except hang out with family.

3. Knowing that friends are praying as we find out whether or not DH has MS.
4. Getting to see a cousin who lives quite a ways away this weekend.

1. A day of rest.
2. A three hour nap.  (Yes, I do have a "too-much-sleep" headache.)
3. My sister's birthday party last night.
4. Fresh flowers.
5. Rain... which means a break from house-building!
6. The main house is roofed in, in time for the rain.
7. I'm almost done my homework for tomorrow's class.
8. A free evening with my family.
9. Left-over birthday cake with dinner.
10. A Macbook pro (not mine, unfortunately!) so that I can finish my homework on the couch...

1. Kleenex with lotion for a sore little runny nose. (not mine)
2. Batman's eczema is looking pretty good today.
3. My Captain got up with the sick kiddo's this morning and let me sleep in.
4. Having a fun, lazy-ish day with my family.
5. Sledding with the kids.
6. Watching my 14 yo dd run alongside the 2 yo dd who wanted to 'do it myself' as she was sledding down the hill.
7. Watching the boys, 9 & 10, launch themselves like space cadets on the sled hill! LOL!
8. A warm house to come home to.
9. Simultaneous naps for Mo and Batman.
10. Hot cocoa and tea after sledding.

*Bonus: The feeling that God was smiling down on our family today.

1.  My husband (for WAY too many reasons to list!!)
2.  Silly children -- who laugh a lot!
3.  A great service at our local church.
4.  Our son's trip to his bible quiz team finals.  (Haven't heard how he/they did yet!!!???)
5.  Enough money to go grocery shopping!
6.  Enough left-over money to buy fuel to bring those groceries home... (ha)
7.  The woodstove was still going - so walked into a warm house!
8.  Popcicle stick crafting 
9.  Beautiful weather for most of the day
10.  God supplying all our needs...

Oh yeah... and on our way home, we got pulled over (by a VERY nice State Patrol officer).  Husband was going a wee bit too fast, and (while we DO have insurance) I forgot to put our proof of insurance in the truck...  We were greatly blessed to have NO TICKET  - just a friendly smile and a reminder that I better get the insurance card in the rig.     Whew!!

So far today...

1. Spearmint tea with honey on the way out this morning. (And it's good for me!)
2. Blown kisses from the door.
3. I dropped my textbook on the (somewhat muddy) asphalt, and , although it has suffered some wear, the CD in the back is fine.
4. My teacher liked my project.
5. Stopping by the bank and having money to deposit, and withdraw. This is truly a blessing.
6. A full tank of gas in the "putt" (the minimal car I share with my sister.) 
7. Only 1.5 hours until class is over!!!
8. Hoping to get all my homework for the week done during class today...

1. A clear, almost hot day for working on the house. This is absolutely wonderful weather for March.
2. Beautiful brand new windows in our house... bringing in the sun and air.
3. My friend, over for the day to help out. 
4. I was feeling a little ill this morning (and thought I might have to go home), but then I started to feel better.
5. Hot chocolate, which helped me to feel better. 
6. Soft green creeping up in the fields around us. Every day they grow a little greener.
7. Safety while working up high...
8. Stars in the dark sky, so bright and lovely.
9. A little time to practice the piano when I got home, so I can be ready for church tomorrow.
10. The sweet message of the song I'll play: "Jesus Paid It All." Amen.

   I should write in this thread more often. I was having a lonely day yesterday and feeling the fact that soon my children will all be married and we will be alone...
    1. at the end of the day after I had  spent time talking to my husband and the Lord about my loneliness....My son called from TX! just to visit.
     2. My grandbaby girl "talked" to  me on the phone..."Hi mama" (her version of gramma) and "bye bye mama"
     3. I came home from an errand with my husband late and my house was FULL of young people! Both my daughters had alot of their friends over.
      4. They had made a huge pot of spaghetti. I didn't even need to cook!
      5.It was fun listening to all these young people talk of such interesting things. So full of life and the future.

     That was only 5 but it was more than enough. I knew God loved me!!

1. An absolutely beautiful spring day... blue skies and flowers everywhere.
2. Thinking about the resurrection of Christ today... wow. What a difference it makes!
3. Playing the piano this morning while we sang, "He arose! He arose! Hallelujah, Christ arose!" I love playing to accompany people praising their hearts out to God.
4. Our family gathering around the table with love and joy in our hearts.
5. Time to work on my homework this PM.
6. Visiting my grandparents--an opportunity to bring them joy.
7. Breaking bread and sharing the "wine" with those of like precious faith.
8. I Corinthians 15:12 and beyond...
9. A testimony at our gathering tonight: "Without Christ, my life has no purpose, no meaning, no comfort, no future, no hope. Without Him, I would be sinking, dying more and more every day. Because of what He did, because He arose from the dead, I have a purpose. Living has meaning. I have an incredible future and a hope... I love Him! One day I will share in His resurrection."    Yes! Amen, it is true.
10. I have the incredible, mind-blowing chance of a lifetime to choose Him, choose LIFE. I want to run towards Him with everything I have! <smiling through tears of joy>

3.  Listening to our older children play with legos downstairs (trying to be quiet so I can rest while baby does!)
4.  My husband has the day off... and a 4 day weekend!
