You're welcome! Be warned, it doesn't taste like cinnamon. BUT it doesn't taste like cod liver oil either. It has a very neutral flavor, not fishy at all --which is why I like it.

I want to thank you ladies so much for the advice you gave me in this thread. We recently had a VERY bad cold in our house, and me and the baby did not get it, thanks to your advice.......

Right now we have a *new* cold ( we're on a roll, LOL) in the house......so I am trying it out again. I'll take extra garlic if the baby's nose starts running. Wink Today he is bucking his naps, so I may need to get my garlic press out. Shocked

I give my kids " berry well" off and on to prevent illness, and I use GOOT on them frequently in the wintertime. If someone in the family comes down with the stomach flu, the rest of us drink Kefir and take acidophilus, and stay well.  I can't tell you how thankful I am for this stuff! It has helped us tremendously.........What can I do for my baby's health? I can't give him berry well, or kefir.......but I'd like to have something to boost his immune system after he's had lots of " people" exposure. What do you do?

How does Acidofillus help the immunse system?

Lucky Scrunchy-
Acidophilus is one of the healthy bacteria that strengthens the gut. Wink  I tested out kefir several times after we'd been exposed to stomach flu. The healthy people stayed healthy because of all the healthy bacteria found in kefir. It's the same with pro-biotics. Wink
