yeah... this is not me saying that 7xS will quit. Honestly, I don't think it will.

This is me relating this ominous feeling I have about the unwillingness of the people of God to do what is right with their wealth / possessions. I am not saying that you (Beth and Tim) or others have or have not done right with your income... I am saying that if these dreams are of God, then God is saying that far and away most believers are not honoring Him in the things He has given them and He is about to respond by allowing these people to loose all (from outward appearances) of what He had given them... like Matthew 18:23. It is time now to make that mad dash to honor Him in what He has given.

The context (this thread) and my openly stating the nature of my income over the last year or so is me trying to be obedient... showing my shame. Believe me, it is not what I want to do. I did not want to post this. Frankly, my work stagnated until I did. Jonah.

I don't want to see these people lose so much, I wish they had already "gotten out" and now they won't be able to even if they want to... it makes me sick to my stomach.

From PM:

What did you mean by that?  No they won't be able to even if they want to??  Are talking about economically or are you talking about a move?

Once they lose what they have, they won't be able to move... not like they have been anyway. As I understand it, many will have to be "tried" in order to be made perfect. The prophecies are that some will live through having followed God on difficult paths even when easy options were available... but others will be purged "for ten days" (a set time to verify or test a matter). The easy options will be stripped away and the only path left will be a (much) more difficult one. Those that endure will in this be "made white."

A camel going through the eye of a needle. A lot of castles had (have... go to modern Jerusalem and try to get a camel in to the old city on Saturday... lol) small entry ways that were long, twisty, and well defensed that would allow people to enter or exit even when the main gate was closed... however, to get a pack animal in was almost impossible. You had to strip it of everything... even the saddle usually... to get it in. Camels (in particular) would usually have to go through on their knees.

Rich man into the kingdom of heaven : camel through the "eye of a needle" : not impossible, heh, but almost
