Hi everyone!

I stumbled upon this site a week or two ago.  Made an account a few days ago, have been lurking around, and finally found the place to post an intro. Wink  I have been receiving NGJ's magazine for probably a good year now, and finally ordered CTBHHM, the CTBHHM journal, Holy Sex, the "Marriage God's Way" DVDs, and Mike Pearl's "Only Men" CD for my hubby and am (impatiently) waiting for them to arrive.  Was googling around while waiting to find more info about CTBHHM, and found this forum. Smiley

My name is Denise (24), married to my wonderful husband Michael (26) for 6 years now.  We have a 5 1/2 year old son (Tyler Shane), 2 1/2 year old daughter (Grace Aliyah), and a 5 month old daughter (Alannah Kaitlyn).  Also lost one baby to miscarriage between Tyler and Grace, Leilani Faith.  My husband was saved 13 years ago, spent some years away from the Lord, and rededicated his life to the Lord about 4 years ago.  I was gloriously saved 4 years ago, and we were baptized together then.  We attend an absolutely fantastic independent fundamental Baptist church and our son attends the (closed enrollment) private school at the church.  We live in California and have all lived here all our lives.

Looking forward to getting to know you all better!

My name is actually based on my last name...I'm a "Mc."

Me too... I go by Mrs. Mac to all the neighborhood kids.  When I start my business, whatever it may be, it'll be named Mrs. Mac's.

Hello!! My name is Andrea and i'm happily married with a wonderfoul man. Yesterday was our third anniversary!!  Grin We have a precious girl who is two years old. I'm waiting for the Lord to have another baby. I had a misscarriage last October and haven't get pregnant yet. But it's the Lord's time. We live in Mexico, actually we're mexicans. We're on our way to be missionaries here in mexico among an indian tribe. We're just waiting for the Lord to lead us to the place He wants us to be.  I love this place and all the others related to NGJ ministries. I'm learning a lot in raising my child and being the wife God wants me to be. I hope to keep learning a lot from all of you and keeping encouraging each other in our time here on earth.

Grin Hello Dear Andrea. Where in Mexico are you? I took a mission trip into villages out from Saltillo Cohuilla long ago and I have never forgotten the precious saints of God there. They had nothing, and yet they had so much because they had Jesus and He blessed their villages with peace and joy.  There is wonderful ministry out of Del Rio called Faith Mission International which has been down there at least 40 Yrs. ,  and they will welcome  a young ministry couple to work with them as they reach into many areas of Mexico through home fellowships and church planting. They are right across from customs and down the street to the right if you are coming from Mexico out of Acuna.  If you contact them, ask for Brother Tim or Rosa Ehlers.  They are the children of the founders Brother Allen and Charlene Ehlers.  I post this here instead of personal message because someone else may read this post and may also be led of The Lord to contact them. ( SC, I know this maybe should be in "recommended ministries" topic thread or something like that, but I wanted Andrea and others to see it, and I'll have to round up more contact info. on FMI than what I have posted here real quick. ) Anyway, Andrea we will be praying for The Lord to lead your husband into the ministry that will bring many souls to Christ Jesus. I will also look forward to posts from you.  Smiley - Sea

Hello  7X Sunday,
My name is Michael
Although I am new to this forum as a registered contributor, my wife (rainygladness)has been a member for about a year.
I have enjoyed seeing her posts (lifting up the name of Jesus and standing firm on the truth).
I have read quite a few posts, although not as many as my Lisa.  I plan on catching up a bit and contributing myself, soon.
I have enjoyed many of the conversations on this site and am looking forward to getting to know some of you.
I am a follower of Jesus, born again, dead to sin, and led by His Spirit to do the will of my Father in Heaven.
(New Creation since 1994)

If you are fighting with an “old man” that is supposed to be dead and buried; then perhaps you are not just dealing with past memories of things that were, but dealing with things that still are.
Be sure of your salvation and then - Renew your mind.

ROFLOL! Wow, I'm really slow this morning. When I saw  your welcome to Michael, I was scandalized... all those kissy faces! What was the woman thinking??? Then I realized you're his wife.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Man, I need to rest my brain a while...

Yes, welcome Michael! We're so glad you have joined us... although with Lisa's story of your journey of faith, we feel like we already know you. Hope to see you both around here more and more.  Smiley

And Lisa... remember to qualify your kisses next time!  Grin

Having been a lurker around here for several months I decided it was high time to register !So I am introducing myself . I am QuakerMommy , wife of several years  to my beloved Jonathan .We have five girls and one boy ages 14,13,9,6,3,2 and a little one due in February .As my username implies we are Quakers ,we are Christ centered Conservative or "traditional " Quakers and not members of one of the more liberal branches that do not believe one must be saved by the blood of Jesus. Both myself and hubby are great fans of CTBHH as we know first hand it's sound biblical advice can change a good marriage into a great marriage.I homeschool our younger children and am in training to become a midwife . Anyway that is a little about me ,cant wait to get to "know" everyone around here.  Smiley
