I noticed that some of you have both adult children and little ones...You've been doing this a long time. What's it like after so many years? (translated: How tired are you? LOL)

I have:
16 yo boy
15 yo girl
12 yo girl
9 yo girl
7 yo girl
2 yo girl

And to answer you question..... I can't remember the last time I was not tired. I am pooped. Exhausted. Finished.  I was on bedrest with my last baby, and I loved it! I'm not supposed to admit that, but there you have it Shocked

Can anyone think of a good reason why I should go to bed for 2 months again?Huh? Wink

Congrats D&L!!!!!!

My kiddos:

DS - 8
DD - 4
DS - 2
DD - 1

There are definitely times my heart longs for another baby, but I'm trying to rest in DH's decision to stop at four.  They are all so beautiful, and of course I have my hands full.

0 through 20.
And currently figuring out how to fit into a 2-bedroom house.
The older ones insist on having a bedroom in the house even if they have to share it with some of the younger ones.
Some of them sleep on the couch.
Some of them sleep outside.
Some in the attic.
Some in closets.
We decided the best arrangement is to put all the closets and dressers and changing rooms in the garage and only use the bedrooms for sleeping. Also we can make the living room into a bedroom by moving the couches and school stuff out to the garage too.
It's a big garage; more than half the size of the rest of the house.
